Important note: To be eligible, you must be in Seoul between September 7 (Monday) and November 22 (Monday). Please select the date you are available for your event, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Selection criteria:

A detailed, personal story (how you met, any memories related to Korea, including previous visits to or hopes of visiting, etc.)

Confirmation that you are able to attend on the event date (you must be visiting Korea during the event period)

Proposal Event
Includes a private yacht tour, a bouquet, personalized video message, photo decor, a bottle of house wine, and a photoshoot (estimated value: 1,500,000 won)
Birthday Event
Includes a private yacht tour, birthday decor (garlands and balloons), a bottle of house wine (non-alcoholic option for underage), a birthday cake, and a photoshoot (estimated value: 1,000,000 won)

* If you are planning a surprise for your partner, the event can be arranged in collaboration with a restaurant at Some Sevit (surprise dining costs are at your own expense)

This event is limited to VISITKOREA members and login is required to apply for the event.

If a member's VISITKOREA membership status has become suspended or no longer valid before the winner announcement after joining the event, their event participation will automatically be voided.

This event and prize delivery are organized and handled by third parties commissioned by the Korea Tourism Organization. (Event organization & management: UNIESS, Inc. and Golden Blue Marina)

Winner event details

Selected winners will receive an individual email from [email protected] to their registered email on VISITKOREA with instructions on redeeming their prize. Winners who fail to check or respond to the email within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

VISITKOREA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect email address, inactive email account, high spam security settings, or other circumstances resulting from the user's negligence.

For any prize items that require international shipping and handling, customs or taxes may apply upon delivery of the prize depending on the winner's residing country. The winner shall be responsible for paying customs and other duties that may incur. If the winner refuse to pay the taxes and duties, the prize will be forfeited and the Korea Tourism Organization will not be responsible in such cases.

All content materials collected and produced during the Proposal & Birthday Celebration Event period, including submitted stories, photos, and videos, may be used by Golden Blue Marina and VISITKOREA on their social media channels and official platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.

Before boarding the boat, all passengers must fill in a boarding declaration by law. The winner and all attendees planning to board the boat may be required to present their passport and must provide their information, including name, date of birth, age, nationality, gender and contact information (email accepted).

In the event that the boat is not able to operate due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond one's control, the organizer will notify the winner in advance and may rearrange the schedule by mutual agreement.

The prize can be used only by the winner and cannot be transferred or sold to someone else. In the event the prize is transferred or sold, the winning status and all complimentary event offers may be rescinded.

If the organizer cannot reach the winner after the winner announcement or if the winner is late to the event, the event may be canceled and all offers will be rescinded. Please be on time for the event.
